This first session is game changing, because we start with setting goals that you can attain AND sustain! You will learn about my signature 7-Step Restoration program and reflect on your current approach to health and wellness.
This session will help you make connections between your current relationship to food and a framework for categorizing food to help you get and stay healthy! We will explore the difference between dieting and sustainable nutritious eating (spoiler alert - diets don't work!).
In this session, you'll explore the mental models that have disrupted your workout routine. You will be guided through the process of creating a sustainable plan to keep you active throughout the week in ways that align to your goals.
The workbook included in the series is essential for tying everything together and creating a clear plan that's exciting and doable.
After working from home for nearly two years, transitioning back to the office was tough on my body. Waking up earlier meant I was back to rushing in the morning to get out of the house. Instead of a well-rounded breakfast, I fell into a trap of buying donuts or croissants on the go.
I found myself hitting the snooze button several times before dragging myself out of bed on cold winter mornings.
I was in a rut!
I was waking up so early to get back into the office that my 30-minute daily walks were quickly forgotten.
While I could read the Bible or listen to worship music on my way to work, I also sacrificed that quiet devotional time in the morning reading and writing to plan out my day with God.
And I was feeling it.
My motivation was low and I even felt spiritually disconnected. I was out of breath walking up four flights of stairs to catch the subway every morning. Emotionally I felt in a constant state of melancholy.
I knew it was time for a change, so I jumped back into my Zumba Fitness workouts and recommitted to eating more nutritious meals. I work out a few days a week, get more movement in throughout my day, and make different food choices aligned to my goals.
I feel so much better!
I have more energy during the day and can wake up early to stick to my routine.
And as a Zumba Fitness instructor, I'm focused on developing more choreography to dance to Christian Salsa, Merengue, Afrobeats, Bachata, and Soca music. That helps me workout and worship at the same time!
This experience drove me to create Inner Housekeeping - an approach to health and wellness that recognizes that our bodies are temples and that we serve God when we take care of ourselves.
Bringing the total value of this group coaching experience to over $600, but you won't pay anywhere near that today.
